Barbera is a very traditional everyday wine in Piedmontese culture. Obtained from Barbera grapes produced from a historic vineyard in Monforte d’Alba. It is characterized by a typical balanced acidity which gives it freshness and strength.

Tasting notes

Intense and velvety ruby-red color with violet hues, a full-bodied, complex wine with a bouquet of ripe plum, black cherry and black currant. Floral notes and spicy hints. Fresh and lively with sweet and elegant tannins, a balanced acidity and a lingering finish.

Appetizers, roasts, mixed boiled meats, grilled meats, fresh cheeses.
